2025 Spinal Cord Injury Health Fair

 

Join the Rochester Spinal Association and our partners at the University of Rochester Medical Center’s Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation for the annual Spinal Cord Injury Health Fair. This is a great opportunity for people living with spinal cord injuries and similar disabilities to learn more about how to maximize their health, mental health, and overall wellness.

 

In addition to the presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to have their vitals checked and use a wheelchair accessible scale to get their weight. Dr. Pebble Kranz from the Rochester Sexual Wellness Center will be available for private conversations about sexual health post-injury.

There will also be a demonstration of a Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) bike and description of its benefits. There will be ample time to network with others living with spinal cord injuries and to talk with vendors.

The venue is wheelchair accessible with ample parking, motion-activated doors, and accessible restrooms. There is a changing mat available, if needed. The venue can be reached via paratransit or RTS bus with a short wheel/walk.
