COVID-19 Relief Grants
Need help with increased cost of living due to COVID-19?
We have grants available!
April 13, 2020
We have received word from the Craig H. Neilsen Foundation that we can use funds remaining from them in the Wellness grant to help ease the impact of COVID-19 on people with spinal cord injuries in our region. It’s great news.
In accordance with the feedback we received from our membership responding to the survey I sent a little over a week ago, we’ll be focusing the funds on the following areas and making them available as quickly as possible. You can apply for the COVID-19 relief funds for these areas:
-
Groceries, medication, and home supplies, as well as the delivery of those things
-
Home cleaning and sanitizing (professional services)
-
Increased home care needs
-
Increased medical expenses
If your costs of living have increased due to the pandemic and the quarantine, please download the application below, complete it, and email it to me at childerbrant@rochesterspinalassociation.org. If you have any questions, or have difficulty downloading the application, please contact me at that address, or call RSA at 585-234-3269.
